  • 2 cups almond flour I use Bob's Red Mill super-fine almond flour
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips


  • In a large bowl, add almond flour, honey, coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla, and salt. Stir until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips. Enjoy!
