- Skim milk: Makes a creamy latte. You can also use whole milk or a non-dairy milk alternative like almond milk.
- Ground cinnamon: Cinnamon is what creates the snickerdoodle flavor.
- Ground nutmeg: A warming flavor that pairs well with cinnamon.
- Brown sugar substitute: Perfect for a bit of sweetness with less sugar. If you prefer unsweetened coffee, you can skip the sugar. You can also use a little bit of coconut sugar.

How To Make Snickerdoodle Latte From Scratch
Step 1. Heat spiced milk: In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium-high heat. Stir in the ground cinnamon and nutmeg until well combined.
Step 2. Sweeten coffee: In your hot coffee, stir in 1-2 tablespoons of your chosen natural sweetener until dissolved.
Step 3. Froth the spiced milk: Using a whisk or handheld frother, froth the spiced almond milk until it develops foam.
Step 4. Combine and garnish: Pour the sweetened coffee into a mug. Gently pour the frothed spiced almond milk over the coffee, allowing the foam to form on top.

Tips
- Brew a strong cup of coffee for the best flavor. You can use a French press or espresso machine to make the coffee.
- If you don't have a shaker, a mason jar with a lid works perfectly too! You can also take a whisk and vigorously whisk back and forth for 15-30 seconds until the milk is frothy. A milk frother will also work.
- For iced, follow the recipe, but let the spiced milk cool down before pouring it over ice and cold brew coffee.
