    Expert Tips

    • Use fresh lemons. Freshly squeezed lemon juice is the key to a great lemonade. Be sure to use fresh lemons and squeeze them just before making the lemonade to get the best flavor.
    • Adjust sweetness to taste. Everyone has different taste preferences when it comes to sweetness. Adjust the amount of monk fruit sweetener to your liking.
    • Blend fruit well. To get a smooth and consistent texture in your lemonade, blend the peaches and pineapple until they are pureed and smooth.
    • Add sparkling water last. To preserve the bubbles in your sparkling water, add it to the pitcher last and stir gently.

    Variations

    • Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade: Replace the peaches with strawberries for a delicious twist on this classic recipe.
    • Pineapple Mint Lemonade: Add a few sprigs of fresh mint to the blender when pureeing the pineapple for a refreshing and aromatic twist.
    • Pineapple Coconut Lemonade: Replace the sparkling water with coconut water for a tropical twist on this recipe.
    • Raspberry Peach Lemonade: Replace the pineapple with fresh or frozen raspberries for a sweet and tart variation.
    • Blueberry Peach Lemonade: Add a handful of fresh or frozen blueberries to the blender when pureeing the peaches for a burst of blueberry flavor.
    • Mango Pineapple Lemonade: Replace the peaches with fresh or frozen mango chunks for a tropical twist on this recipe.

    Storing

This sparkling lemonade with pineapple and peach is best served immediately after making it. However, if you have leftovers or need to make it ahead of time, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

    Recipe FAQ's

Can I use other sweeteners besides monk fruit sweetener?

Yes, you can use other sweeteners like honey, agave, or maple syrup if you prefer. Keep in mind that different sweeteners will have different levels of sweetness, so you may need to adjust the amount you use.

Can I use frozen fruit instead of fresh?

Fresh fruit is recommended for this recipe, but you can use frozen fruit if fresh is not available. Just make sure to thaw the fruit completely and drain any excess liquid before blending.

Can I use bottled lemon juice instead of fresh?

Freshly squeezed lemon juice is recommended for the best flavor. Bottled lemon juice may have a different taste and can affect the overall flavor of the lemonade.

Wait, out of the 100’s? That is so hot! I think it’s hot here today at a temp of about 62 degrees. Not hot, but too warm for PSLs at least. And I drink way too much soda during the summer, switching it up with this peach lemonade is perfect. It looks so yummy - pinning for later!
