Chocolate pudding without cornstarch is a creamy, easy and quick dessert to whip up in your blender. No box mix here, this pudding is dairy-free and made from scratch using pantry ingredients.

This chocolate pudding without cornstarch is made from scratch with healthy ingredients. The base is avocado, which gives this pudding its creaminess.
Don’t worry though! The pudding won’t taste like avocado. The chocolate will cover up the avocado taste, leaving you with a healthy creamy chocolate pudding.
There’s no cooking involved in making this recipe either! All you need is a blender, or food processor, to blend the ingredients together.

What makes avocados healthy?
Avocados are incredibly nutritious. They are loaded with healthy fats and fiber. Avocados have more potassium than bananas and are high in antioxidants.
