Step 1:

In a large bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds and almond milk.

Step 2:

Add maple syrup and peanut butter. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Step 3:

Next, fold in ¼ cup dark chocolate chips.

Step 4:

Pour into an airtight container and allow to set in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 5:

Serve in individual cups and top off with remaining 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips.
