Expert Tips

- For extra flavor, try adding some smoked paprika to the topping.
- If you want a little bit of spice, add some cayenne pepper to the mixture.
Variations
- Add bacon - because everything is better with bacon!
- Try using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a healthier option.
- Add some chopped dill or parsley to the mixture.
- Stir in some shredded cheese for a cheesy twist.
- For a Southwest flavor, mix in some diced avocado or green chiles.
- Use wasabi paste instead of mustard for a spicy kick.
- Add crab meat or shrimp for a seafood twist.
Storing & Freezing
Freezing: If you want to freeze them, the egg whites will freeze just fine. However, the yolk mixture does not freeze well, so it's best to make that part fresh when you're ready to eat.
