    Why You'll Love This Recipe

    • This dessert is a colorful dessert perfect for summer.
    • It's super simple and requires only a few basic ingredients.
    • By using sugar-free Jello and fresh fruit, this dessert is a healthier alternative to traditional Jello desserts that are often loaded with sugar and artificial flavors.

    Ingredients You'll Need

    Labeled ingredients for the Jello.
    • Sugar Free Strawberry Jello: This is the base of the dessert and provides the vibrant red color and sweet strawberry flavor.
    • Reddi-Wip: This whipped cream topping adds a creamy layer to the dessert.
    • Strawberries: Provides a burst of juicy sweetness and a beautiful bright red color to the dessert.
    • Blueberries: Adds a beautiful blue color to the dessert, as well as a burst of tangy sweetness.

    Step-By-Step Instructions

    Steps to make the Jello.

Step 2: Chill the Jello in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until it has set.

Step 3: Once the Jello has set, top it with Reddi-Wip. Add sliced strawberries and blueberries on top. Serve and enjoy!

Two glasses of Jello on a white table.

    Expert Tips

    • It's important to give the Jello enough time to chill and set properly before adding the whipped cream and fruit.
    • Using fresh strawberries and blueberries will give your dessert a more vibrant color and flavor than using frozen fruit.
    • Make sure to chill the dessert in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until you're ready to serve. This will help the whipped cream set.

    Variations

    • Mixed Berry: Instead of using just strawberries and blueberries, you could mix things up with a variety of fresh berries, like raspberries, blackberries, and even sliced kiwi.
    • Pudding Cups: If you're not a fan of Jello, you could make a similar dessert using sugar-free pudding. Top with whipped cream and fresh fruit.

    Storing

Cover the Jello tightly with plastic wrap or a lid to prevent it from drying out. Place the dessert in the refrigerator to keep it cool and firm. If you're storing the dessert for a few days, it's a good idea to add fresh fruit just before serving.

    Recipe FAQ's

Can I make this recipe in a large dish instead of individual glasses?

Yes, you can make this recipe in a large dish if you prefer. Add the Jello, whipped cream, and fruit in a 9x13 inch dish instead of individual glasses.
