Ingredients You'll Need

- Fresh Peaches: Be sure to use fresh, ripe peaches. You can use frozen too, just thaw them first!
- Water: Needed when making tea from scratch.
- Monk Fruit Sweetener: Helps sweeten the tea a bit. You can add more or less to your liking.
- Green Tea Bags: Green tea is my favorite, but you can also use black tea as well if that's what you prefer!
Step-By-Step Instructions

Step 1: In a small sauce pan, bring the peaches, ¾ cup of water and sweetener to a boil. Then reduce to medium heat. Crush the peach slices with a masher and stir to dissolve the sweetener while simmering. Turn off the heat, cover and let sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Boil 6 cups of water, then steep the tea bags for 10 minutes. Refrigerate until chilled.
Step 3: Strain the syrup through a mesh strainer. Discard any fruit pieces.
Step 4: Add the syrup to the tea. Serve over ice and enjoy!
