Iced Peach Green Tea
This homemade iced peach green tea is the ultimate summer drink. Made from scratch with only four ingredients, green tea, fresh peaches, water and sugar. It's better than any store bought iced tea, and so addictive it will become your new favorite drink!

Ingredients
- 2 fresh peaches sliced
- 6 ¾ cups water divided
- ¾ cup monk fruit sweetener
- 3 green tea bags
Instructions
- In a small sauce pan, bring the peaches, ¾ cup of water and sweetener to a boil. Then reduce to medium heat. Crush the peach slices with a masher and stir to dissolve the sweetener while simmering. Turn off the heat, cover and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Boil 6 cups of water, then steep the tea bags for 10 minutes. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Strain the syrup through a mesh strainer. Discard any fruit pieces.
- Add the syrup to the tea. Serve over ice and enjoy!
Notes
- The flavor of your peach tea will largely depend on the quality and ripeness of your peaches. Make sure you choose ripe peaches that are fragrant and have a sweet aroma.
- Green tea can have different flavors depending on the variety you choose. Choose a green tea that you enjoy, whether it's a delicate sencha or a bold matcha.
