Apple Greek yogurt dip is a great, healthy snack for home or on the go. Only 3 ingredients and lots of flavor.

With apple season still in full bloom, it’s hard not to grab some apples every time I go to the store. Honeycrisp apples are one of my favorites because they have the perfect amount of crunch and sweetness to them.
Honeycrisp apples go perfectly with this apple peanut butter Greek yogurt dip.
What is Greek yogurt?
Greek yogurt is made by straining out the extra whey in regular yogurt which makes the yogurt thicker, creamier and tangier than regular yogurt. Greek yogurt has less sugar and more protein than regular yogurt. It even has more protein than milk!
What are the benefits are eating Greek yogurt?
Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein, calcium, iodine, and potassium. It also provides healthy bacteria for the digestive tract.

How to make this recipe
This yogurt dip is delicious, requires only 3 ingredients, and is easy to whip together too. All you need is a half-cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and a tablespoon of honey.
1 – Place the yogurt, peanut butter and honey in a bowl and mix together until the peanut butter is incorporated into the yogurt forming a smooth dip.
2 – Slice the Honeycrisp apple into slices to dip away.
This yogurt dip makes a great, healthy snack and can easily be taken on the go, or packed in lunches. Any flavor of yogurt will work, but I find vanilla is perfect with the peanut butter and honey.
Also, creamy or chunky peanut butter will work, but I prefer the creamy peanut butter for this dip. Enjoy with your favorite type of apple.

This is one of the easiest dip ever. I love that each individual ingredient is healthy on its own, and is absolutely delicious mixed together. I didn't have apples, but it's great with pears too. :)
