Apple Yogurt Dip – Low-Carb, Gluten-Free
Apple yogurt dip is a great, healthy snack for home or on the go. Only 3 ingredients and lots of flavor.
With apple season still in full bloom, it’s hard not to grab some apples every time I go to the store. There’s such a large variety that sometimes I get overwhelmed with all the choices. I’ve tried so many different types of apples, and while I love Granny Smith for baking, I love Honeycrisp for snacking. They have the perfect amount of crunch and sweetness to them. I like to eat apples as is, but sometimes it’s nice to have a dip for them too.

- Creamy peanut butter
How to make Apple Yogurt Dip
This yogurt dip is delicious, requires only 3 ingredients, and is easy to whip together too. All you need is a half-cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and a tablespoon of honey. Place all of them in a bowl and mix together until the peanut butter is incorporated into the yogurt forming a smooth dip. Slice the Honeycrisp apple into slices to dip away.
What is Greek yogurt?
Greek yogurt is made by straining out the extra whey in regular yogurt which makes the yogurt thicker, creamier and tangier than regular yogurt. Greek yogurt has less sugar and more protein than regular yogurt. It even has more protein than milk!
This yogurt dip makes a great, healthy snack and can easily be taken on the go, or packed in lunches. Any flavor of yogurt will work, but I find vanilla is perfect with the peanut butter and honey. Also, creamy or chunky peanut butter will work, but I prefer the creamy peanut butter for this dip. Enjoy with your favorite type of apple. My favorite is Honeycrisp.

- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tbsp honey
