Step 1: In a large bowl of cold water, submerge the cut potatoes and soak them for at least 2 hours.
Step 2: Transfer the potatoes to a paper towel lined baking sheet and pat dry.

Step 4: Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F for about 5 minutes.
