How to make this recipe
1 – Heat a skillet to medium-high heat, add butter and garlic.
2 – Sauté for about a minute. Reduce temperature to low heat.
3 – Add the riced cauliflower and cook on low heat until the consistency of the cauliflower is soft. This will taken longer if you’re using frozen cauliflower.
4 – Once the cauliflower is soft, remove the skillet from heat. Add lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt. Mix well and enjoy!
Tip – make sure to cook the cauliflower until it is soft so it has the texture of white rice. If it doesn’t cook long enough it will still be crunchy. If you like a little crunch that will work fine, just be aware if you are trying to get a consistency of cooked white rice.

Place cauliflower rice in an airtight container. Properly stored, cooked cauliflower will last for 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator.

Yes. Place cauliflower in an airtight container or freezer bag. Properly stored, it can last for 10 to 12 months.

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
