Low Calorie Snickerdoodle Latte
This low calorie snickerdoodle latte is a great way to whip up a coffee drink that tastes just like snickerdoodle cookies!

Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute I like Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement
- 1 cup strong hot coffee
Instructions
- Place the milk in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in the cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Stir the brown sugar into your ready made hot coffee.
- Add the milk with spices to a shaker and shake well until milk foam appears. Gently pour the milk into the coffee, adding the foam to the top. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.
Notes
- Brew a strong cup of coffee for the best flavor. You can use a French press or espresso machine to make the coffee.
- If you don't have a shaker, a mason jar with a lid works perfectly too! You can also take a whisk and vigorously whisk back and forth for 15-30 seconds until the milk is frothy. A milk frother will also work.
- Storing: This latte is best served warm and fresh. You can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 days max, but you will lose the foam on top as it sits in the fridge.
