- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Skim milk
- Egg white
- Applesauce
- Pure honey
- Grated zucchini

How to make this recipe
1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray two bread pans with nonstick baking spray, set aside.
2 – In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3 – In a separate large mixing bowl, combine the milk, egg white, applesauce, honey and zucchini.

4 – Gradually mix the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients together. Pour batter into the bread pan and bake for 1 hour.

5 – Let cool and slice each loaf into 9 slices.
