1 – Place the refried beans at the bottom of the cup.
2 – Top with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives and sliced green onion.

Can you make this a day before or will it get watery by the next day?

They won’t be as good if you prep them the day before. I would suggest prepping all the ingredients for each layer the night before, and the next day you can quickly layer the cups. 🙂
