These graham cracker and whipped cream sandwiches are a great alternative to high calorie store bought ice cream sandwiches. They are so rich and creamy it’s hard to tell they aren’t actually made with real ice cream!

Step 1:

Break each graham cracker sheet into two squares.

Step 2:

Place about 3 tablespoons of whipped topping onto the graham crackers and use the other side to press onto the top to create the sandwich.

Step 3:

Smooth the edges with a small spoon.

Step 4:

Dip each side of the sandwich into sprinkles to fully coat.

Step 5:

Place into a dish and set in the freezer for at least 6 hours to fully freeze. Enjoy!

  • 12 whole chocolate graham cracker sheets
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • Sprinkles, optional

Instructions

  1. Break each graham cracker sheet into two squares.
  2. Put about 3 tablespoons of whipped topping onto the graham crackers and use the other side to press onto the top to create the sandwich.
  3. Smooth the edges with a small spoon.
