    Place the chicken breast on the trivet and close the lid. Set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 8 minutes.

    Step 3:

    When the timer goes off, do a quick release of the pressure. Remove the chicken from the Instant Pot and let it cool for a few minutes.

    Step 4:

    Shred the chicken with two forks, return to Instant Pot and place on sauté. Add the BBQ sauce and sauté for 1 minute.

    Step 5:

    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Split the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a 9x9 inch baking dish.

    Step 6:

    Spoon the chicken mixture on top of the rolls, then add a few slices of purple onion and some pickle chips.

    Step 7:

    Place the top half of the rolls on top of the filling and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the rolls are lightly toasted.
