The Instant Pot cooks the salmon perfectly in just a few minutes.

1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, brown sugar, vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger paste.

2. Place the salmon on a sheet of aluminum foil. Fold up the sides to create a bowl shape. Pour ⅓ of the soy sauce mixture over the salmon. Set aside.

3. Take another piece of aluminum foil and cover the top of the salmon and pinch together the aluminum foil to seal in all of the sides.
