Balsamic Vinegar Broccoli

Balsamic vinegar broccoli is a great, healthy side dish. Made with fresh broccoli, parmesan and seasoned with shallots and garlic.

It’s low in carbs and a healthy side that can be served with your favorite meal.

Ingredients – Olive oil – Broccoli florets – Shallot – Minced garlic – White balsamic vinegar – Salt – Ground pepper – Shredded Parmesan   cheese

Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and cook while continuously stirring until it starts to brown in spots, about 5 minutes.

Step 2: Reduce heat to medium. Push broccoli to the side of the skillet. Add remaining tablespoon of olive oil, shallot, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Step 3: Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
