These Air Fryer Truffle Fries are hand-cut air fried French fries with truffle oil drizzled over the top.

LET'S GET STARTED!

Served with shredded parmesan, parsley, and a bit of salt. They are a simple yet fancy side dish or appetizer.

1. In a large bowl of cold water, submerge the cut potatoes. Soak for at least 2-hours.

SOAK 

2. Transfer the potatoes to a paper towel lined baking sheet and pat dry. Move the potatoes to a mixing bowl. Drizzle them with olive oil and toss to coat the potatoes.

DRY & DRIZZLE

3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.  Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes, until the fries are cooked evenly and are crispy.
