Keto Tuna Patties

Keto tuna patties are made with canned tuna and fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

Canned Tuna Almond Flour Fresh Parsley Lemon Zest Fresh Lemon Juice Red Onion Green Onion Dijon Mustard Egg Salt Olive oil Mixed Greens Aioli

1 – Drain tuna. 2 – In medium bowl, combine tuna, almond flour, parsley, lemon zest and juice, red and green onions, mustard, egg and salt.

3 – Form the tuna mixture into 6 patties.

4 – Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties about 4 minutes per side, until golden crust forms.

5 – Serve atop a bed of greens with a dollop of your favorite prepared aioli. Serve immediately.

How do I store my tuna patties?

Once patties are cooled, place them in an airtight container. These tuna patties will last 2-3 days in the refrigerator. Reheat when ready to eat, or serve cold.
