These truffles are simple to make and are a healthier way to enjoy the classic combination of chocolate and coconut!

1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut sugar and cocoa powder until well combined.

2. In a small saucepan, heat the coconut milk and coconut oil over medium heat until just simmering. Remove from heat and add the chopped baking chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.

3. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the bowl with the cocoa powder mixture, along with the vanilla extract and sea salt. Stir until well combined.

4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm enough to roll into balls.
