How To Make Ground Chicken Thai Lettuce Wraps

Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, over medium high heat. Add the garlic and diced onion and sauté for about 3 minutes, until the onions become translucent.

Step 2: Push to the side of the skillet and add the ground chicken. Break up the chicken into small pieces and cook though until the chicken is no longer pink.

Step 3: Drain the grease from the pan.

Step 4: Reduce the heat to medium and add the mushrooms, water chestnuts and red bell pepper to the pan.

Step 5: Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and sriracha and stir all the ingredients together. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
