How To Make Greek Yogurt Parfait With Homemade Granola

Step 1: First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Set the baking sheet aside.

Step 2: Add the oats, seeds, honey, and coconut oil to a small bowl and mix until the oats and seeds are coated in honey and oil.

Step 3: Spread the granola onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Step 4: Let the oats cool completely before assembling your parfait.

Step 5: For the first layer, pour half of the Greek yogurt into a 16-ounce mason jar.
