How To Make Broiled Chicken Wings

Step 1: Preheat the oven for about 20 minutes on high broil. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Set aside.

Step 2: Add the onion powder, garlic powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a medium bowl and mix.

Step 3: Add the wings, toss to coat them evenly, and place them on the wire rack, leaving space between them.

Step 4: Transfer to the oven on the third or fourth rack from the top. Broil for 10 minutes on high, flip each wing, and then continue broiling on high for 10 minutes.

Step 5: Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Serve immediately while they’re hot and crispy. Enjoy!
