Air Fryer Pork Egg Rolls

Ditch the deep fryer and make the best crispy egg rolls in the air fryer. These air fryer egg rolls are loaded with juicy ground pork, tender-crisp veggies, and a ton of mouthwatering flavor. They’re the perfect appetizer for holidays and game days and as a meal on its own.

If you’re new to making egg rolls, you’ve come to the right place. Making homemade egg rolls got a lot easier and a lot healthier thanks to the air fryer. Instead of submerging your egg rolls into messy hot oil, you can pop them in the air fryer and achieve the same browned, crispy crust and juicy, hot center.

How To Make Air Fryer Pork Egg Rolls

Step 1: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking. Add the ground pork and minced garlic and cook until the pork begins to brown and is no longer pink (5 to 7 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Add the sesame oil and heat over medium heat in the same skillet. Then, add the coleslaw mix, carrots, and green onions. Cook until the vegetables soften (3 to 5 minutes), and then add the pork-garlic mixture back into the skillet and stir.

Step 3: Place 3 tablespoons of the egg roll filling in the center of each wrapper. Seal the wrapper by folding the left and right sides over the filling. Then, roll upwards while tucking in the filling to form the egg roll. Brush the wrappers with egg whites and set them aside as you work through the remaining filling and wrappers.

Step 4: Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving a small amount of space in between each (working in batches if necessary). Set the air fryer to 390F and cook until the rolls are brown and crispy (not burnt). Keep finished egg rolls warm as you work through the remaining batches. Enjoy!
