How To Make Buffalo Chicken Bites

Step 1: Place chicken in a large bowl. Toss with hot sauce, cover and refrigerate for a few hours, or overnight.

Step 2: Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Step 3: Mix breadcrumbs, crushed red peppers, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.

Step 4: Dip each piece of chicken into the breadcrumbs and cover all of the chicken pieces. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the chicken is covered.

Step 5: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until chicken is crispy.
