How To Make Low Calorie Biscuits

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add flour and sugar. Whisk well to combine.

Step 3: To the bowl, add the yogurt and half of the milk. Stir until the dough starts coming together and then slowly add as much of the remaining milk as needed (a little bit at a time).

Step 4: Knead the mixture until a sticky yet cohesive biscuit dough forms. Be sure not to over-knead the dough.

Step 5: Place the dough on a floured work surface. Using a floured rolling pin, roll the dough out to be about 1″ thick. Using a round biscuit cutter, cut out the biscuits and then re-roll out the remaining dough to cut out more biscuits (repeating the process until all of the dough is used).
