Ditch the deep fryer and make the best crispy egg rolls in the air fryer. These Air Fryer Pork Egg Rolls are loaded with juicy ground pork, tender crisp veggies, and a ton of mouthwatering flavor.

They're the perfect appetizer for holidays and game days and as a meal on its own.

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking. Add the ground pork and minced garlic and cook until the pork begins to brown and is no longer pink (5 to 7 minutes). Drain and set aside.

COOK THE PORK

2. Add the sesame oil and heat over medium heat in the same skillet. Then, add the coleslaw mix, carrots, and green onions. Cook until the vegetables soften (3 to 5 minutes), and then add the pork-garlic mixture back into the skillet and stir.

ADD & COOK

3. Place 3 tablespoons of the egg roll filling in the center of each wrapper. Seal the wrapper by folding the left and right sides over the filling. Then, roll upwards while tucking in the filling to form the egg roll. Brush the wrappers with egg whites and set them aside as you work through the remaining filling and wrappers.
