Air Fryer Pork Chops - Low-Carb, Low-Calorie

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops Any pork chops work well
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pat dry pork chops, and coat evenly in mixture.
  • Place pork chops in air fryer basket. You may have to cook in batches in order not to crowd basket. Cook in air fryer at 370° for 12-14 minutes, depending on desired doneness. Flip halfway through cooking.
  • Remove from basket and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
