Crockpot Pulled Chicken - Low-Calorie

Crockpot pulled chicken is a great go-to for a busy weekday night. Toss everything in the crockpot in the morning and it will be ready by dinnertime.

  • 2 cup ketchup
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast


  • Combine all ingredients, except chicken breast. Add to crockpot.
  • Add chicken breast to crockpot. Cook on low for approximately 6 hours.
  • Remove chicken from crockpot, shred with two forks, return to crockpot. 
  • Mix chicken thoroughly into sauce. 
  • Enjoy on hamburger buns, or any way you'd like.
