Crockpot Pulled Chicken - Low-Calorie
Crockpot pulled chicken is a great go-to for a busy weekday night. Toss everything in the crockpot in the morning and it will be ready by dinnertime.

- 2 cup ketchup
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 3 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
Combine all ingredients, except chicken breast. Add to crockpot.
Add chicken breast to crockpot. Cook on low for approximately 6 hours.
Remove chicken from crockpot, shred with two forks, return to crockpot.
Mix chicken thoroughly into sauce.
Enjoy on hamburger buns, or any way you'd like.
